The company will carry out activities for the benefit of the community. The companies activities will provide benefit to:
North Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent communities. We will create and provide opportunities to improve engagement and accessibility to Maths, Science and Music education.

| Provide Courses to teach maths through play and music to families. Courses will be run by specialists with Enhanced DBS, Safeguarding and First aid training. | By providing courses aimed at teaching parents how to help their children in education, we aim to improve engagement with mathematical learning within the community. Doing this through play and music increases the accessibility to mathematical learning and promotes the idea that maths is for everyone. |
| Provide free or affordable activities for Children in the school holidays, primarily for children with SEND. Activities will be run by specialists with Enhanced DBS, Safeguarding and First aid training. | By providing activities for Children with SEND in the school holidays we aim to enrich the experiences and provide education to vulnerable children, whilst allowing respite time for families. Activities in the holidays are aimed at children who may not otherwise have access to STEM or musical activities and will be delivered by specialists. |
| Provide Scholarships for 1:1 tuition, funded by profits from the provision of private 1:1 tuition. | We aim to use profits from providing private tuition to fund scholarships for 1:1 tuition for students that are in need but unable to finance or access funding for tuition. |
If the company makes any surplus:
We expect that this will be reinvested in the business and/or donated to CICs and charities with similar objectives, with the consent of the CIC Regulator.
